2. What we collect
- Contact details: name and email address.
- Training information: personal bests, test results, training history, schedule, and any injury information you choose to share.
- Videos you send us for analysis.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Basic website analytics (pages visited, device type).
3. Why we use it
- To deliver and personalise your coaching (performance of a contract).
- To send you emails about our coaching, which you can unsubscribe from at any time (consent / legitimate interest).
- To process payments and meet accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To improve our website (legitimate interest).
4. Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email), and our website and hosting providers. We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Coaching data is kept for as long as you are a client and up to 2 years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Accounting records are kept as required by Estonian law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email karleriknazarov@speedmaxxing.net and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and basic analytics. If marketing cookies are added later, we will ask for your consent first.
