What we sell

Online 1:1 sprint coaching. No physical goods are sold, so no returns apply.

Delivery

Coaching starts within 3 business days of payment, once you complete the intake form. All coaching is delivered online.

Refunds

You can get a full refund if you request it by email within 14 days of your first payment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. After 14 days, no refunds are given on the 3-month plan, and no refunds are given for partial months on the 1-month plan.

Cancellations

1-month plan: cancel anytime by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

3-month plan: one-time payment with no recurring charges. It does not renew unless you choose to buy again.

Disputes

If there is a problem with a charge or the service, please email us first. We respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve every issue within 14 days. If we can't resolve it, you may use your card issuer's dispute process or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Promotion terms

3-month plan saving: €500 for 3 months, compared with €600 at the monthly rate (3 × €200). Paid upfront in one payment.

Results guarantee (3-month plan only): if you complete all scheduled training sessions and all 4-weekly tests, and your test times have not improved after 12 weeks, you receive one additional month of coaching free of charge. Claim it by email within 14 days of the end of your 12 weeks. The guarantee is not a cash refund and cannot be combined with the 14-day refund.

Restrictions

The service is offered worldwide except where prohibited by law. You must be 18 or older to purchase.
