1. Who we are
These terms apply to services provided by Peak Momentum OÜ, registry code 17060093, Järve tn 2-214, Estonia ("we", "us"). Contact: karleriknazarov@speedmaxxing.net.
2. The service
We provide online 1:1 sprint coaching, including individual training plans, weekly plan adjustments, video analysis, performance testing guidance, race planning and direct chat support. All services are delivered online.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy our services.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) on our website. The 1-month plan costs €200 and is billed monthly until cancelled. The 3-month plan costs €500 and is paid once, upfront. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
5. Start of service
Coaching starts within 3 business days of payment, after you complete the intake form.
6. Refunds, cancellations and guarantee
Refunds, cancellations, disputes and the results guarantee are governed by our Refunds, Cancellations & Guarantee policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are in good health and fit to take part in intense sprint training. You should consult a doctor before starting any new training programme, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. You are responsible for training safely, using suitable facilities and equipment, and stopping and seeking medical advice if you feel pain or unwell.
8. No guaranteed results
Sprint performance depends on many factors, including effort, consistency, recovery, health and genetics. Apart from the results guarantee described in our policy, we do not guarantee any specific performance outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Momentum OÜ is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation in training. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
Training plans, videos and materials we provide are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold or published.
11. Ending the service
We may end coaching if you breach these terms or behave abusively. In that case, we will refund any unused prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
